The food we eat has a massive impact on how our mind and body functions. We’ve decided to try the Whole30 program, a dietary experiment to learn how specific food impacts us. The program is a 30-day reset where you eliminate certain food groups that could be having a negative impact on your health and fitness without even realizing it. You then slowly reintroduce them in your diet and monitor your reactions. The eliminations from your diet include dairy, added sugar, alcohol, grains and legumes. We’re excited to push the reset button and learn how specific types of food have been impacting our day-to-day life. We’ll be sharing Whole30 approved recipes along the way, as well as our honest experience during and after the 30 days experiment.
