Superfood Smoothie Bowl Recipe

We are not morning people but it is breakfast bowls like these that help us get out of bed.

Waking up is rough, it takes multiple alarms and asking our Google Home to play upbeat music to convince us to roll out of bed on time. Ever since we started making breakfast bowls, the number of times we press snooze has decreased because we’re genuinely excited to get up and eat breakfast. This one is one of our favourites, it’s so easy to make, colourful, delicious and refreshing. A perfect way to start the day!


  • ½ cup milk

  • 1 cup strawberries

  • ½ cup blueberries

  • 1 banana

  • 3 tablespoons Nature’s Path Qi’a Superfood chia buckwheat & hemp cereal mix

  • 3 tablespoons crunchy granola


  1. Make the smoothie: Blend the strawberries, blueberries and banana with milk to make the smoothie. Pour the smoothie in a bowl.

Add the toppings: Make the Qi’a Superfood chia, buckwheat & hemp cereal according to the instructions on the packaging and add on top of the smoothie bowl along with the crunchy granola.
