Spicy Italian Ribs
Just like our whiskey chicken drumsticks, this is another great recipe for game day. It’s also a great one to make whenever you have guests over. These Italian-style ribs recipe are so flavourful, tender and juicy, with just the right amount of spicy kick. No matter the outcome of the game, everyone will be cheering on the chef for making these ribs! We guarantee your guests will have an OMG moment when eating these for the first time. Time: Preparation 15 minutes. Total cooking time 3 hours & 15 minutes.
2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
2 red chilli
6 garlic cloves, chopped
2-3 sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 rack of pork ribs
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix.
Place the rack of pork ribs on a tin foil and marinate with the mix from the bowl. Wrap the ribs and place it in the oven for about 3 hours until tender.
After approximately 3 hours, uncover the ribs, place them on a baking tray and leave them in the oven until nicely browned (turn the heat up to 250°C).
Keep drizzling the juice accumulated over the ribs from time to time.
