Fruit Explosion Breakfast Bowl
This fruit explosion breakfast bowl is our new favourite way to start our day! We both love all things coconut and are huge fans of fruits, so it was a no brainer for us to combine the two in a breakfast bowl. After making our usual old fashioned rolled oats, we decided to mix in coconut milk and then added our favourite fruit toppings, and the Fruit Explosion Breakfast Bowl was born. It’s so quick to make and so delicious - it’s become a regular in our breakfast bowl routine. We hope you love it as much as we do!
Ingredients: old fashioned rolled oats, ⅓ cup of coconut milk, nectarines, kiwi, pineapple, blackberries and blueberries, chia seeds
Make the old fashioned rolled oats according to the packaging using water. Once the oats are ready, add coconut milk and mix.
Add the fruit toppings (nectarines, kiwi, pineapple, blackberries and blueberries) and sprinkle some chia seeds on top.
