Cocoa Hazelnut Breakfast Bowl
Looking for a delicious way to start your day? Try this warm bowl of oats mixed with cocoa and topped with sliced bananas and chopped hazelnuts. When we wake up in the morning it’s tempting to press the snooze button one more time and skip breakfast before going to work, but it’s bowls like these that get us out of bed. Not only is it delicious, but it’s really fast to make so we’re not giving up too much of our precious sleeping time in the morning. We go loco for this cocoa hazelnut breakfast bowl.
Ingredients: old fashioned rolled oats, 1 banana, 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder, handful of hazelnuts, sprinkle of brown sugar OR maple syrup to sweeten the oats
Make the old fashioned rolled oats according to the packaging. Mix in cocoa powder. Add brown sugar or maple syrup to sweeten the oats to your preference.
Cut the banana and the hazelnuts. Fill a bowl with the cooked oats and top with the sliced bananas and chopped hazelnuts.
